The Virgin Islands Athletics Federation is the International Association of Athletic Federations affiliate for the Virgin Islands. It is the governing body for Track and Field, Road Running, Cross-Cross Country, Race Walking, Mountain Running and Masters Track and Field.
As the National Federation member of the Virgin Islands Olympic Committee, the Federation selects national teams for regional and international championships including: CARIFTA, CAC Youth, Junior and Senior Championships; NACAC Under 23, Senior, Cross-Country and Half-Marathon Championships; the IAAF World Youth, Junior, Cross-Country and Athletics Championships.
